** To get the best measurement,
stand
on a piece of paper with your
lifting socks on
, ask a friend to draw a line around your foot while keeping the pen
vertical
at all time. Then measure the longest distance between the toe area and the heel area. This number
plus 0.2-0.5 cm
should be the measurement used for the sizing chart.
*** If your feet are
wider/thicker
than average, or you have
very long big toes
, adding 0.5-0.8cm (rather than 0.2-0.5 cm) is a safer bet.
