Tuxedo Vest Looney Tunes M

Vintage Looney Tunes vest. Fun for a prom or just something different .  It doesn't have to be just for a guy, a girl would be cute wearing this over a blouse with jeans or slacks and a jacket. The size is a medium and I think it's a junior fit. There are initials on the inside, please see photo. There are 5 buttons and faux pockets.  Not sure the best way to measure, but it's 27 in. at the bottom, measuring to where the elastic begins. It's 24 in. from the neck to the e bottom button. This is in excellent condition.
