Vintage Gnome Toby Jug Pottery Good Health

Jug is not marked.
Some wear including crazing but there are no chips or cracks.
His hat reads "Good Health".
Not sure of the age.
Looks to be a Gnome.
Measures 6" tall x 13" around ( at the base).
