Description

This is a vintage H&R Johnson decorative ceramic tile. This one portrays a beehive, specifically a skep, in green. It is a lovely piece. The tile is 6x6 inches in dimensions. Edges of tile are unglazed and have some wear but are intact. This tile can be displayed or used as a trivet or coaster. Sometimes they are framed. This one has evidence of glue residue where "feet" had been, suggesting it had been used as a trivet or coaster.
